A New Beginning

I call this blog a ‘HR from the Heart’ with a simple expectation of having a place where I can share some of the thoughts I have about the profession I’m pursuing, and learning. The idea originally came from a book by Libby Sartain and Martha L. Finney in which they share about ‘inspiring stories and strategies for building the people side of great business’. By doing so, they actually invite the readers to take a fresh look at HR profession from a new point of view. From the heart.

Of course I’m not going to retell here the entire content of the book. I will share what I am learning from this instead (and from other sources as well). I see this as one of the useful methods for continuous learning. Agree? Let’s take off..
